is the new inner world music project of Kailash together with the belizian singer Ambika who lives presently in Norway.

Shantikala`s dance of didgeridoo, native american flute, drums and spiritchanting celebrates the new tribal spirit of the earth.

AMBIKA, born in central America was raised in Norway, where she presently lives.
Ambika has been singing since early childhood and is working with helping the comunication between children and parents through music.
In Norway she is involved in the experimental jazz scene and created together with the world musician and multiinstrumentalist Kailash the project "Shantikala".

SHANTIKALA comes from one of the most ancient languages in the world and means "finding inner peace through transformation of the shadowsides"
Touching the heart to find the essence - Shantikala´s music invites to journey within.
Carried by ancient soundscapes of the didgeridoo, native american flute and drums - songs from the source arise in the sacred language of the soul. These songs like prayers can be healing keys to unlock the door to the mystery of life.
