Didgeridoo Sound Massage is the soundhealing work which I have developed since `89.
My study and research about the healing effect of sound has been inspired through my personal contact and work with native american medicine people, kinesiologists and acknowledged healers.
Hundreds of clients have been experiencing the healing power of sound from the most ancient windinstrument on earth; the DIDGERIDOO of the australian aborigines.
The deep vibrational sound is not just massaging scull, spine, nervoussystem, organs and cells of the player, but can also loosen up blocked energy in the body of the listener and therefore initiate healing processes.
As a trance-instrument the Didgeridoo produces a sound which helps the body and mind to relax, inviting to travel into deeper states of awareness. The harmonic frequencies can function as psychoactive triggers for keyimages to appear from the inner source of consciousness . These keyimages are visual guidelights and can be understood as the language from the soul of life. The Didgeridoo can become a bridge to higher consciousness and communication with the spirit of creation. Its sound of oneness is a key to reconnect with who we really are and can lead us back into the presence of beingness and silence .

Not every Didgeridoo has a healing effect though. The healing qualities are born out of a sensitive balance of the right intention connected with specific rhythms, soundmodulations, movements and geometrical soundformations, affirmations (healing mantras) and visualizations.

Next to the individual soundtherapeutic work, there are Didgeridoo sound healing circles or HEALING SOUND CELEBRATIONS which are group sessions and meditative concerts of inner world music, during which individual healing processes are initiated. After release and energy-exercises the participants are lying on their blankets or matrasses in a halfcircle on the floor.
The Didgeridoo-sound invites to journey into «Dreamtime» -a state of deep relaxation beyond a separating mind. In this beingness a release of mental, emotional and physical blockages and a natural harmonization of the chakras can be experienced. Through letting go into this state of oneness,
excess to inner peace and selfhealing can be found. The HEALING SOUND CELEBRATION can serve as a powerful group-experience, or a beautiful opportunity for selfnurishment and care.

Practically the Didgeridoo Sound Massage
consists of 3 parts;
1st: active in a standing position with unlocked knees; sinking into the center (Hara or Tan Tien) shaking the body loose- moving, dancing, releasing through breath and voice, resonating from within while the sound travels around the body, supporting the process. Here sometimes a combination of other soundtherapeutic tools are worked with like the sami-drum and chanting.
2nd: passive laying front down, back up, arms at the sides, palms facing upwards. Through relaxed breathing diving into inner silence- surrounded by the healing sound. Here energypoints in the palms of hands and feet are worked with as well as focus on the spine, tissue, kidneys, backmeridians and energyfield.
3rd: recieving turning to lay on the back, front up- fully recieving. In this position the focus is specially on reawakening purification and balancing of the energycenters (root to crown chakra).
Work with the front meridians and energy of the organs; heart, lungth, lever, intestine and sexual center. Sealing.
The client recieving the Didgeridoo Sound Massage is dressed in relaxed clothing, for the soundvibration has no limitation and its healing touch penetrates beyond the outer form.Tensions and stored stresses in the tissue are loosened up and cells are nurished with new energy.
